Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly has made a pretty big announcement about his next public appearance, and it’s guaranteed that folks on the left aren’t going to be happy about it at all.
He’s supposed to be making a guest appearance on Sean Hannity’s program on Fox News Tuesday evening to promote his latest book, “Killing England.”
The New York Daily News is reporting:
O’Reilly was fired from Fox News in April amid allegations of sexual harassment, abuse and racial discrimination from former female co-workers.
He and Fox News allegedly paid five women $13 million in settlements.
Last week, Hannity, whose show has moved back to the 9 p.m. slot, asked O’Reilly to return to the network during an interview on his radio show.
“Do you want to come back? I think you should come back,” Hannity asked.
O’Reilly, however, said he was enjoying relaxing at the beach.
Not long after O’Reilly was fired from Fox, he came out and stated he was innocent and that his removal was nothing but a “political and financial hit job.”
He wasn’t the only target of such allegations at the network either. Hannity himself was accused of sexual harassment but came out swinging against his accuser who promptly backed down from the allegation.
Eric Bolling, co-host of “The Five” was also booted after being accused of sexting women at the network.
Maybe this marks the beginning of a comeback for O’Reilly that will see him return to the world of cable news? Only time will tell.
