‘The View’ melts down with especially STUPID comment after Palin’s White House visit…

When Sarah Palin made a visit to the White House, she probably didn’t anticipate how eventful the trip was going to be. Of course, when you decide to bring the likes of Kid Rock and Ted Nugent with you somewhere, how could you expect anything else?

What was supposed to be a pretty average visit turned into a full fledged viral controversy. Aside from talking with President Trump, the trio decided to stop and snap a picture to troll Hillary Clinton. Not surprisingly, the photo immediately went viral. Even less surprising? Liberals were furious.

Perhaps nobody was more furious than the panel of the popular morning talk show, ‘The View’. Known for its mostly liberal cast, the ladies of ‘The View’ were none too happy about the viral photo. However, one comment made by Joy Behar was particularly insane — even by her standards.

From The Washington Times:

The ladies of “The View” told a studio audience on Friday that a visit to the White House by “Uncle Ted” Nugent was comparable to the devastation when the British burned it down during the War of 1812.

Joy Behar and co-host Sunny Hostin were so disgusted by the White House tour provided on Thursday to former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, Kid Rock, and Mr. Nugent that they likened it to the August 1814 arson.

“Is this the saddest day in in the history of the White House since the British burned it to the ground in 1814?” Ms. Behar asked her co-hosts.

As if that wasn’t enough, her crazy comparison found agreement among the cast:

“I think so,” replied Ms. Hostin. “I think what was so offensive to me was Sarah Palin said brought them because Jesus wasn’t available, sort of comparing these folks with Jesus.

That’s right, the cast of ‘The View’ agreed that a picture was comparable to that one time the White House went up in flames. It’s pretty close, right?

You can’t make this stuff up, but it’s also not surprising. After all, the liberal media already had a hissy fit because Kellyanne Conway had the audacity to put her feet on the couch in the Oval Office, which had to be the worst thing to happen in the White House since Zachary Taylor died there in 1851.

To most sane people, a picture simply isn’t that big of a deal. But in the age of Trump, you can expect the liberal media to get worked up into a frenzy over the smallest of things. This little bit of insanity is just the latest example.
