Just in: Top Democrat makes NEW BOMBSHELL claim about Trump…

Among the memorable concepts from Donald Trump’s The Art of the Deal is a rhetorical tool he calls “truthful hyperbole.” It’s not hard to see it at work, especially when he makes a claim that the media swarms over.

Trump famously stated at a rally how horrible it was what happened “last night in Sweden,” which turned some heads because there wasn’t any major event in Sweden the night prior. But despite that, it did manage to draw increased attention to some of the consequences mass Muslim migration has had for the nation, and then there was a migrant riot just days after Trump made his comment.

He wasn’t right for the original reason he stated – but he got the same point across.

And the way things are playing out currently, that appears to be what’s happening with his explosive claim that Trump Tower was wiretapped during the election by President Obama.

We now know Trump claims he didn’t literally mean wiretapping, and instead meant he was simply being surveilled. So was this just another case of making a seemingly outrageous claim only for the underlying premise to end up being true?

One Democrat revealed as much on Fox News the other night.

According to the Gateway Pundit, Mary Anne Marsh, a principal of the Dewey Square Group, a Democratic public affairs consulting firm, revealed the Obama administration had been investigating Donald Trump since the spring of 2015.

Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president in June 2015.

As evidenced by a tweet of hers this morning, she apparently doesn’t think it’s necessarily a big deal regardless.

Well, to quote Joe Biden, this is a BFD.
