Just in: DEFINITIVE statement on Trump ties to Russia…

For months, liberals have been carrying on about Russian interference in the election. Instead of acknowledging that the American people rejected a flawed candidate, Democrats have been insisting that the election was stolen from them.

Of course, liberals haven’t been able to provide any real evidence. Sure, Russians did hack the DNC, but they also tried — and failed — to hack the RNC. Far from having an effect on the election itself, the Russians just helped to reveal exactly what Americans already knew: Hillary Clinton was a corrupt candidate.

Sadly, none of this has stopped Democrats from calling for investigations into Trump’s ties with Russia. So far, Congress has been unwilling to waste time with a pointless investigation. And today, House Intelligence Committee chairmen Devin Nunes revealed why.

From The Hill:

The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee on Monday rejected reports that members of President Trump’s campaign team had regular contact with Russian officials.

“There is no evidence that I’ve been presented [by the intelligence community] of regular contact with anybody in the Trump campaign,” Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) told reporters.

“The way it sounds like to me is, it’s been looked into and there’s no evidence of anything there.”

The statement may not come as a surprise to some, as intelligence officials have already determined there was no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. After looking into the matter, the House Intelligence Committee seems to be coming to the same conclusion.

Still, Democrats won’t back away from the narrative. Of course, the real reason they continue to press the matter is to de-legitimize President Trump. If getting to the bottom of the situation truly mattered to Democrats, they would have ended the charade long ago. Instead, they are using the allegations as a way to disrupt President Trump’s agenda.

Ultimately, Democrats are fighting a losing battle. Not only are they failing to address the issues that caused them to be rejected at the ballot box, but evidence continues to show there’s no case to be made. This gives Republicans a perfect opportunity to show that they can actually get things done for the American people, leaving Democrats to continue crying over spilled milk.
