Perhaps it was simply too much to hope for, that after Republicans finally got the White House, Senate and House of Representatives, we’d all heave a sigh of relief and as a Party, get enthusiastically in the boat and start rowing.
Because Donald Trump was the winner. And apparently no one in the Washington establishment wanted him to win.
Especially, John Kasich.
So, after we were treated to a steamy helping of John McCain yesterday, warning about Trump’s criticism of the press that this is how dictators get started, we now get the next course: a big slice of John Kasich, with a knife and fork you for the president.
Noted foreign policy expert Kasich said in an interview today that world leaders “are not sure about the president.”
Per The Hill, Kasich during an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” emphasized the need for the Trump administration to be on “same page.”

“It is really critical that they speak with one voice on all these critical matters of national security and supporting our western alliance, which has kept the peace since World War II,” Kasich said.
Kasich also implied that European leaders trust Vice President Mike Pence, Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly and Secretary of Defense James Mattis more than President Trump.
Kasich…is attending the weekend-long Munich Security Conference, which brings together top security officials and international leaders to discuss security policy.
Thank you sir. That’s very helpful. Just curious which world leaders you have on your speed dial.
Hands up, how many think Kasich will try to make another run at the White House?
