Following Donald Trump’s victory, a number of those pushing the narrative the man is an orange Hitler predicted a wave of violence. Any group that Trump supposedly marginalized was at risk — Muslims, immigrants, blacks, hispanics, and any other demographic outside of the “straight white male.”
My sense is that if Trump wins, Hillary supporters will be sad.
If Hillary wins, Trump supporters will be angry.

While the MSM fed us a wave of hate crimes reported during Trump’s victory, the overwhelming majority were noted purely on social media. Some of the most prominent cases were quickly exposed as hoaxes — such as a Muslim woman who claimed to have had her hijab ripped off by a group of Trump supporters in New York City (seriously — how many Trump supporters are there in NYC anyway?). Ironically, the majority of hate crimes committed in this country (that are reported and verified) are in Blue states.
Meanwhile, you didn’t have to look far to find countless hours of video evidence showing Trump supporters being attacked. Those predicting a wave of violence following Trump’s victory were certainly right in that regard. They were also right about hate crimes committed against Muslims following Trump’s victory — they just didn’t think it would be “their side” committing them. As the Daily Caller reported:
The limousine liberal protesters set on fire in Washington, D.C., Friday in response to Donald Trump’s inauguration belonged to a Muslim immigrant who now faces up to $70,000 of damage to his property.

An angry mob attacked one of Muhammad Ashraf’s limo drivers while he was sitting in the vehicle on 12th Street in the Northwest part of the city, a local outlet reports. He had just dropped off someone attending an inauguration event, when they began throwing bricks and rocks at the limo and smashed through the windows. He quickly got out of the car, cutting his hand badly in the process.
The people protesting Trump’s election then torched the car, which belonged to Ashraf’s company Nationwide Chauffered Services. “It took no longer than five minutes,” the driver told a local outlet. “They smashed all the windows – ‘Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.’ Then they went and smashed another window of the SUV that was behind me. When I opened the door, I saw a small flame already on the carpet. I step on it, pull it off, take the flare out, smash it on the floor and that’s it.”
Ashraf told Red Alert Politics he did not support Trump, but he is obviously upset with the way those protesters chose to demonstrate. “I did not agree with many of the things he said, but that still does not give me the right to go and affect someone’s livelihood,” he said, adding: “I really don’t think we need to take this [violent] route.”
Great job guys!
Among the other targets destroyed in D.C. last Friday were a Starbucks (a corporation which donated nearly $100,000 to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign), and a Bank of America (which donated nearly $500,000). 94% of voters in D.C., as a whole, voted against Trump, so it’s a bizarre target for those wanting to get revenge on Trump’s victory.
