If you’re a fan of rollercoasters, you must be absolutely out of your mind with glee over this election cycle. Or perhaps, you’re just out of your mind.
Never fear, this too shall pass. BUT. It ain’t over.
After Donald Trump’s feline comments it seemed he could never recover. Poll after poll showed Hillary Clinton with high single digit if not double digit leads.
And yet here we are, just hours before the debate kicks off and at least in two polls, her lead has collapsed.
My friends, game on. It’s a dead heat.
The USC/LA Times poll shows Trump within the margin of error at 43.9 percent to Hillary’s 44.1 percent.
And Rasmussen says, Dead even. With nearly one-in-10 voters still looking beyond the top four candidates or undecided and less than three weeks to go until Election Day.
Today’s Rasmussen Reports White House Watch telephone and online survey shows Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump each picking up 42% support among Likely U.S. Voters. Seven percent (7%) still prefer Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson, while one percent (1%) opt for Green Party nominee Jill Stein. But three percent (3%) like some other candidate in the race, and six percent (6%) are undecided.
Before we get too excited, the Real Clear Politics average still shows Hillary with a hefty 7.2 point lead at 49.1 percent to Trump’s 41.9 percent.
It will be a few days before the effects of James O’Keefe’s devastating videos exposing Democrat voter fraud and planted violence at Trump rallies make their impact on the polls, but you just have to believe there will be some sort of trickle-down effect, despite the mainstream media’s complete blackout on these revelations.
But folks, that’s why we’re here — to help get the truth out. We soldier on!
