Obama has DISGUSTING response to Benghazi mom’s RNC speech

Speaking to the Republican National Convention, Patricia Smith — mother of Benghazi victim Sean Smith — blasted Hillary Clinton for her role in the death of her son and three other Americans. Smith made it crystal clear she blames Hillary Clinton for doing nothing while the attacks occurred — and then lying afterwards.

Barack Obama must’ve thought some of the facts about about Hillary Clinton being bandied about at the RNC might cause people to think twice about voting for his gal, as he took time to respond. As the Conservative Tribune reports:

According to President Barack Obama, a convention that included a speech by Patricia Smith, mother of the U.S. Air Force veteran Sean Smith who died in the Benghazi terror attacks, was “strange and outrageous.”

The Washington Times reported that Obama bashed the Republican National Convention in a fundraising email from presumptive Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton.

Obama called “laughable” actor Clint Eastwood’s speech at the 2012 RNC where he lectured an empty chair as if he were speaking to the president, although the only laughable part was that it clearly went over his head. He then added: “Given who they’re about to nominate for president, a stunt like that could rank pretty low on the list of strange and outrageous incidents we see this week in Cleveland.”

Republicans have, and rightly so, used much of the convention to drive home Clinton’s incompetence and malfeasance. Obama claimed that Republicans will “drag her name through the mud, because that’s the only way they’ll convince anyone to vote for their nominee.”

So, according to Obama, holding Clinton accountable for the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi is “dragging her name through the mud.”

I suppose in an administration where Hillary Clinton gets off scot free after violating our national security and rule of law, it might seem “strange and outrageous” to hold her accountable for anything at all. And daring to speak the truth about her actions — as dirty and disgraceful as they’ve been — well, guess you can’t blame Obama for calling that dragging her name through the mud.
