Obama’s State Dept. finally ADMITS about Iran what we KNEW all along

Diplomacy is only effective when both parties act in good faith — and Iran hardly meets the criteria of a country we can trust to do so. When the Iran nuclear deal was still being negotiated, Iran’s Supreme Leader was still chanting, “death to America.” Ironically, those comments came right after John Kerry said that “genuine progress” was being made.

Even if it holds up its part of the deal (which it’s already proven is not happening), the terrorists Iran is funding certainly won’t abide by the same rules.

As Col. West has long been warning, Iran is not just any ol’ terror sponsor; it holds the honor of being the #1 global state sponsor of terror. So, of course, any funds we free up for Iran will most certainly end up fueling already-burgeoning terrorist activity.

Now, a day late and a dollar short as usual, President Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry’s State Department has just admitted the terrifying truth that Iran indeed is the top state sponsor of terrorism.

Via CNN:

The State Department on Thursday released its annual report on global terrorist activity, listing Iran as the top state sponsor of terrorism and labeling ISIS “the greatest threat globally.”The report also includes statistics on terrorist activity worldwide, and said 11,774 terrorist attacks in 92 countries occurred in 2015.

On Iran, the report said that country “remained the foremost state sponsor of terrorism in 2015, providing a range of support, including financial, training, and equipment, to groups around the world.”

The report also said that Iran was continuing to provide arms and cash to terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Iraqi Shia terrorist groups, including Kata’ib Hizballah (KH). Both groups are designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations in the report.

State Department counter terrorism coordinator Justin Siberell added that the department was “concerned about a wide range of Iranian activities to destabilize the region.”

During an interview in Davos, Switzerland, Secretary of State John Kerry admitted in January that some of the money made available to Iran by the removal of sanctions would “end up in the hands of the IRGC or other entities, some of which are labeled terrorists,” referring to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Aren’t you just glad Iran had $150 billion of their assets un-frozen after sanctions were lifted following the nuclear deal? Can’t imagine those funds will wind up in the wrong hands…
