BREAKING: Hillary loses West Virginia, but here’s the REAL shocker…

No surprise that presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump is projected to handily win both the West Virginia and Nebraska primaries.

The race continues, however, on the Democrat side. And, in what ended up being a tight race, Sen. Bernie Sanders is expected to upset former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to win the state of West Virginia.

[Following a trend I’ve noticed this primary election season, CNN (Clinton News Network) took a bit longer than Fox in calling the race against their gal Hillary.] But losing the West Virginia primary tonight isn’t actually the worst news for Hillary, who has all but clinched the Democrat nomination based on her command of SuperDelegates. Here’s what should make Hillary Clinton and her team very nervous.

The Hill elaborates:

Nearly half of the voters in the West Virginia Democratic primary who backed Bernie Sanderssay they would vote for Republican Donald Trump in the fall presidential election, according to exit polls reported by CBS News.

Forty-four percent of Sanders supporters surveyed said they would rather back the presumptive GOP nominee in November, with only 23 percent saying they’d support Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton. And 31 percent said would support neither candidate in the likely general election match-up.

Whoa. In a state where coal reigns, it would appear the Queen’s anti-coal comments — “We’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business” — may haunt her all the way to November.
