North Korea now threatening to NUKE this American city

Another day, another threat from North Korea. And it isn’t because of a Seth Rogen movie this time.

North Korea has become that forgotten celebrity who makes an occasional outrageous comment to remain in the public eye.

The Norks have been threatening to “mercilessly” wipe us out ever since George W. Bush labeled them part of the “Axis of Evil” in 2002, but they’re sounding a lot like the boy who cried wolf at this point.

As the Washington Post reported, here’s their latest threat:

North Korea claimed Sunday that it could wipe out Manhattan by sending a hydrogen bomb on a ballistic missile to the heart of New York City, the latest in a string of brazen threats.

Although there are many reasons to believe that Kim Jong Un’s regime is exaggerating its technical capabilities, the near-daily drumbeat of boasts and warnings from North Korea underlines its anger at efforts to thwart its ambitions.

“Our hydrogen bomb is much bigger than the one developed by the Soviet Union,” DPRK Today, a state-run outlet, reported Sunday. DPRK stands for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, North Korea’s official name.

The website is a strange choice for making such a claim, given that it also carries reports about such topics as rabbit farming and domestically made school backpacks.

To put their military strength in perspective, North Korea recently lost a submarine because…. it simply just sunk. They’re not even in the twentieth century technologically.

If their hydrogen bombs work as well as their rockets, we shouldn’t have anything to worry about…
