Completely outrageous: Democrat candidate’s comments about Susana Martinez (VIDEO)

Take a look at this video of Democrat gubernatorial candidate Alan Webber who is running against incumbent New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez.

Can you imagine what would happen if a white conservative candidate said the same thing about a Hispanic Democrat female Governor?

So, where is the real War on Women? “Send her back to wherever she really came from?” Dude, you just revealed once again which is the real racist xenophobic party.

Worst part is they all applauded like it was no big deal.

He did say Texas, but I know where he was going with it. It is stupid.

True colors. The applause was weird and awkward. They knew he stepped over the line.

Nathan Footlonger

No he did not. Many hispanics in New Mexico suggest the same thing every day. This is a woman who hates her own race.

Yes, he did, whether you like it or not. Stay focused, chief.

Nice pause for applause before adding “… I suspect it’s Texas.” What a class act. Maybe he should go back to wherever he really came from: a Klan Rally.

Ridiculous, first of all he’s Jewish, secondly, sending her back to Texas is correct. She’s El Paso trash.

The person who claimed he was from Kenya was Obama when he applied for financial aid for college. We will see those records someday. The promotional material for his book also mention a Kenya background.

JoeMyGodNYC

So it’s OK to say “send Obama back to Kenya” if that’s where he came from but it’s NOT OK to say “send Martinez back to Mexico”? Is that seriously the point you are attempting to make?

That’s an excellent point, the tea party are true racists and hypocritical buffoons.

but Governor Martinez was born and raised in Texas, and moved to New Mexico after completing her education. She is an American born n bred.

JoeMyGodNYC

Martinez is a third generation American on both sides of her family. President Obama’s mother’s family has been traced back to 1600s colonial Virginia. His family was American before there WAS an America.

And a cousin of Richard “Face shot” Cheney I might add.

Nathan Footlonger

Phil Mullinax

Is Gov. Martinez operating in an extra-Constitutional manner completely counter to her oath? If so, then she should be gone, but until such time as you can prove beyond a shadow of doubt that she is operating from her position as the President is his, you can’t pick the top layer of equivalence to bash the Tea Party for the sole purpose of making people look bad.

Nathan Footlonger

Yes she is. She has zero transparency and is proven liar.

CoryKent

So we just have to meet a certain threshold in position, role, or office, and then we can use all the derogatory ethnic or racial slurs we want? But prior to that, it’s disrespectful and offensive? Do I understand it correctly?

Phil Mullinax
Guest

Please explain to me how calling a half-Kenyan, Kenyan falls under the category of “derogatory ethnic or racial slurs”. The pause in Webber’s comments is very telling and indicates that his first thought wasn’t “Texas”.

Nathan Footlonger

Bullshit. I’ve met the guy, absolutely no racist tendencies.

CoryKent

I’m not going to waste my time here. No one said calling Obama Kenyan was a derogatory slur. At least not me.

Then why did you say it in response to what I said? Oh, just to look sensational and hypersensitive? I get it. Thanks.

CoryKent
Guest

Nice try, but now you’re looking sillier. First you misinterpret what I said, now you impune my character. Way to have a classy, respectful debate. Thus, my point in saying “I’m not going to waste my time.” As in, I’m not going to discuss an issue with someone as yourself.

Phil Mullinax

I would recommend that you look at the top level comment in the string before you come down on someone in such a general manner. I haven’t made any attempt to IMPUGN your character, but your generalization of my comment is very telling.

No one has ever said that president Obama needs to go back to Kenya.

Even as a tea party supporter, I have to say you’re mistaken. There are lots of incidents where tea party members, who don’t all say it out right, but who cheer and support such remarks from others. Not as bad as Joe makes it sound…but don’t kid yourself.

Eye roll. Such a silly lie. Here’s just ONE example: Tea Party hero Rafael Cruz, father of Tea Party hero Sen. I’ll take it back a bit. In context when ever someone in the Tea party or conservatives mentions him going back to Kenya, it has more to do with that before Obama was elected, it was fairly common to find references in the media to the former Illinois senator as born in Kenya. The Kenyan government, as well, in 2009 commissioned a cultural museum in Kenya to “honor the birthplace of President Obama.” Even Obama’s own literary agency billed him as “born in Kenya” as late as 2007 to promote the sale of his book “Dreams from My Father.” In the… Read more »

These selective quotes, taken out of context, mischaracterized the substance of Pastor Cruz’s message. I think he was fallowing what pres Obama’s wife, Michelle, in fact, called her husband “a Kenyan” and referred to “his home country in Kenya.” Even if it is what he feels Rafael Cruz does not speak for the senator or the Tea party, Just like Rev.
