Here’s who will stop Hillary

Time Magazine asks, “Can Anyone Stop Hillary?” Of course the answer is yes. The Ghosts of Benghazi — Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Ty Woods, and Glenn Doherty –will prevent another Chicago progressive socialist, liar, arrogant deceiver, and murderer from occupying the White House.

America isn’t looking for another “first.” We the People are looking for exceptional committed leadership that places country above self and restores our Constitutional Republic—and that’s the antithesis of Hillary Clinton. Stating such doesn’t make you sexist, misogynist, or part of a faux war on women. It is simply the truth.

Hillary Clinton as President? As we say down South, “that dog don’t hunt.”

Allan West for President

Col./Congressman West would also make a damn good President! One of my dream tickets includes any combination of West, Ryan, Paul, Cruz, Carson, Jeb Bush, and Mark Levin!

Linda McKeever

My husband would agree with many of your choices. Although I agree with much of what Allen West and Ben Carson say, I would vote for either of them, despite the minor areas upon which I disagree. However, many people feel that due to the bad taste left by Nobrainer, a black man will not be chosen so quickly again! I hope they are wrong. I would like to see either of them in the white house! I would like to see Cruz if neither of them will get the ticket. Maybe it is time to break down the walls,… Read more »

I like both Sen. Cruz and Gov. Haley (although Col. West remains as my ABSOLUTE Number One choice for 2016). But don’t kid yourself, Duke – the minority status of any of those three, or of Dr. Ben Carson, Mayor Mia Love, Gov. Bobby Jindal, Sen. Tim Scott, Gov. Susana Martinez or Sen. Marco Rubio, just to name a few, will not prevent racist hypocrite media and political “progressives” from savagely attacking them, any more than it protected Herman Cain or Justice Clarence Thomas, Condoleeza Rice or Colin Powell (at least until Powell switched sides on us) from being viciously… Read more »

Handkerchief-head Harry Belafonte, obviously a satisfied slave on the great Progressive Plantation (but yet, one who likes to employ the metaphor of the [authentic] field slave versus the [treacherous and phony] house slave), will surely volunteer to make his liberal masters happy by turning his serpent’s tongue on any of the above, just the way he mercilessly lashed Powell (while he worked in the Bush administration, before endorsing Obama), Rice and Cain.

People keep calling Ted Cruz “Hispanic.” ?? My understanding has been that it is a Sephardic [Portuguese] name. Also, Perry—from Perez, is a very common Sephardic name. I love it—and them, in addition to Col. West.

Duke

What you are saying may well be true. The point that I attempted to convey was that both Cruz, and Haley, are conservatives, ethnic minorities, and potentially political headliners. The possibility of seeing two minorities leading a republican ticket and the headaches that could give the left’s playbook of republicans being old white guys, would be rich with irony.

John Bush

I will vote for a Republican regardless of who it may be.

rore73

It appears that most of the non-minority voters truly believe MLK’s words about judging people by their character rather than the color of their skin, but unfortunately, much more than minority voters. I believe that either LTC West or Ben Carson would have a lot of support if they ran for POTUS, based on their integrity, principles, and character!

crunchycon

I wouldn’t have a problem with two parties if they were only different. I despise Republicans who run espousing limited government, strengthening the military and cutting domestic spending, only to turn into big-government liberals once they’re in. And then the election system favors the incumbent. I see no reason why someone should be elected to Congress in the years I was in college – only to be there still when I’m in my mid-fifties!

It is the Jewish and Messianic way of spelling G-d.

Linda McKeever

The original texts in Hebrew don’t use vowels and God’s name is spelled G-d. That is one of the reasons that no one knows God’s real name. It was passed down as JHVH and no one said his name aloud, so they forgot it after a few generations.

I read that if a GOP candidate could obtain just 17% of African-Americans votes, she could not possible win in the general election. This claim has been made by supporters of Dr. Ben Carson, who I greatly admire. But I also think it’s a shame that race would usurp sound reason in anyone’s decision on who to cast their vote for. Same goes for the “wow, I got to vote for the first woman president” mentality.

My best guess for the 2016 election is we will most likely see a replay of 2012, on steroids, as the GOP doubles down on alienating it’s conservative base. This will either split the party, e.g. Ross Parrot (sic), or others will join the 3 million who stayed home in 2012. Frankly, given the GOP leaders treatment of conservative members, e.g. tea party minded members, and subterfuge on immigration amnesty, I am likely to be one of the above.

Cozyrn

Staying home will assure Hillary a win.

coyote_song

Like duh? That is the whole point. To reiterate, in 2012, 3 million conservatives, aka GOP base, stayed home due to the GOP choice and Obama won. My prognosis for 2016 is that we could very likely see the same results…on steroids.

Frankly, I do not anticipate staying home since there typically is a host of other issues to be decided. On the other hand, I seriously doubt if I will pull the lever again for a lesser of two evils. In a two party system with “winner take all” as we have, if you can’t bring yourself to vote for the one who is the closest to what you believe, then you are part of the problem. That is because liberals do not value integrity. Rather they focus on the superficial qualities of personality and rhetoric. Conservatives are more demanding and require adherence to the time tested principles that have made America the most successful social experiment in history.

Reduce the scope of gov’t and your boogeyman “corporations” will have no power. BTW, why shouldn’t folks be able to protect themselves from personal bankruptcy should their business fail?

You want to rail? Rail against bailouts, e.g., Bush and Obama, not the idea that a group of people can organize.
