Latest Obamacare exemptions all part of grand plan to destabilize industry

If you thought the “Mommy Summit” at the White House was pathetic wait ‘til you see Obama’s message to young men to wear pajamas, drink hot chocolate, and talk about Obamacare. Of course, we had to do our own version. Click to enlarge.

With these latest Obamacare exemptions, it looks like desperation is setting in, but I’m not so sure. There’s a bigger picture here.

Late Thursday Fox News reported, “The Obama administration, in an 11th-hour change just before the holiday break, announced a major exemption in ObamaCare that will let people who lost coverage and are struggling to get a new plan sign up for bare-bones policies.”

In other words, the “junk plans” deemed substandard by President Obama and Secretary Sebelius are now acceptable – more lies, deception, and hypocrisy.

However, the insurance industry was none too pleased about this change, saying such a shift would cause “tremendous instability.”

The administration downplayed the change, saying they expected it to impact fewer than 500,000 people – that’s a long way from the nearly 6 million Americans who were forced to lose their healthcare coverage because of hidden mandated minimum standards that made THEIR plans non-compliant with Obamacare.

An insurance official told Fox the industry fears far more than 500,000 people will apply.

The Obama administration appears to recognize Obamacare is failing and the fundamental premise is flawed – let alone a botched website. Now the authors of confusion will do everything they can to destabilize and subsequently demonize the insurance industry (who should have known better than to “dance with the devil by the pale moon light”) in order to shift blame away from themselves.

The end state for Obama is to come out and declare, “this has proven quite difficult to implement and we are not achieving our goals because of the recalcitrance and lack of cooperation from the insurance industry, who would rather make greater profits than provide affordable healthcare coverage. I therefore believe that the only way we can achieve our true goal, universal healthcare for every America, is to move to a single payer system.”

These progressive socialists are so predictable, and that is the real reason why John Podesta was brought on board for just one year. What we need to do is start preparing to bombard the White House and Secretary Sebelius and tell them we “peeked at your hold card” and know exactly what you’re planning to do.

This is why you need military strategists in elected office. We evaluate and assess the other guys’ plan before we develop our own, and then attack. Obamacare was never intended to work, it was intended to fail and inflict pain as it did and then erode the private sector insurance industry.

They are well on their way, although the ineptness is pretty entertaining. The nefarious intention is deviously brilliant, but still devious. Just ask yourself, how is it that just back in October, President Obama castigated these healthcare plans as substandard and now all of a sudden they’re acceptable as an exemption? It’s all part of the grand plan.

  1. It’s a ploy directly from the pages of Sual Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”. Make a huge mess out of the status quo, then come shining in with a new plan to save the panicked masses from decimation. Same old crap. Brilliant plan, but surely transparent to anybody with .02% of a brain.

  2. You are so right. He stuffed the insurance companies’ mouths full of gold to keep them from hollering and then he threw them under the bus. If they offer these plans they lose their shirts. If they don’t, Obama will use it as an excuse that’s it’s their fault. It’s a no win. “Mr. President, have you stopped beating your wife?”

  3. They planned from the beginning to mess healthcare up so badly that we would accept socialized medicine. Scary part is that people are too stupid to understand it when you point out the facts!!! We are in a world of trouble!!!

  4. It started as BS and its ending up as BS with the little people (me INCLUDED) holding the stinking pile with our illustrious leading doing absolutely nothing!!! So sad and to think that they are educated!!!

  5. You supposition is dead on. Many say that OB has failed as PR. That’s Wrong. He has obtained every goal he and Soros have set out to accomplish. Watch “Obama’s America 2016” then google George Soros. After doing so, you might want to find a bus ride out of town, soon.

  6. What’s wrong with you insensitive people? Harry reid is in the hospital right now and, as a obamaquence of this ACA (Altogether Crap Act) I’m not sure his insurance is going to be accepted nor his longstanding doctor kept. He might now , as Pelosi so presciently put it, see what’s in the undisclosed bill, as fate would have it, experientially. What is that? What? He got to keep his doctor? His insurance is exempt? Whew, what a relief. I thought our selfless leader he might end up a doctor with a degree from the University of Costaguadarico and a message left on his answering machine from a collection agency.

    • Reid is an old guy. Very old. Who knows… maybe a panel of advisors will deny him treatment and give him a pain pill instead?

    • lol They say he suffered a mild stroke. Perhaps the doctors will advise him to retire…one can only hope. Timing is bad,,,,this should have happened right after January 1, 2014. Oh help us now,,,,Obama just came on TV.

  7. According to an interview Harry Reid did in August,,,that’s exactly where they were moving to. Pelosi is another one who is for Single Payer. Single Payer system is basically another name for Socialized Medicine. So the government will be paying our doctor/hospitals bills. So are our taxes going to go up? Yes they will, You can count on your federal tax to go up to approximately 45% that you will pay out of your earnings. That doesn’t include your state and local taxes. It was designed from the beginning to work towards the “Single Payer” or “Socialized Medicine”. What I don’t think it was designed for was the train wreck it turned into. Obama is afraid Obamacare is going to fail,,,otherwise why are they so desperate to get people to sing up. Christmas ads telling you to discuss Obamacare with your family at Christmas. Some dude representing our young people, dressed in a “Onesie pajamas” drinking hot cocoa. The part about over 500,000 may apply for Obama’s next deal,,,yes I believe it will have an impact on the insurance companies BUT I also think it’s going to have a negative impact on Obamacare. I think this may put a big crimp into his plans. After all here is an arrogant president who never expected the country to turn as bad as they did on him. Now the Dems are turning on him. I think his plans right now are to get the Americans to turn in his favor. And now they are bringing in John Podesta to help turn him around and get the Dems in one circle again. I still think he’s coming in to pave the way for Hillary in 2016. And I am with Mr. West about the military strategis in office and more important getting rid of the Democrat Senators in the 2014 election. http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2013/08/10/sen-harry-reid-obamacare-absolutely-a-step-toward-a-single-payer-system/ http://www.forbes.com/sites/paulroderickgregory/2013/10/28/obama-care-a-mess-liberals-say-go-single-payer/

  8. I absolutely agree and have thought so ever since he started handing out waivers & exemptions. It doesn’t take a genius to see what this latest monkey wrench will do. We’re not economists, but we know what insufficient funding will do. So can all the geniuses in the administration!

    • And what makes it even more frustrating is watching the loyal opposition–Boehner, McConnell, etc.– just sit there and let him get away with it.

  9. Totally agree. The plan all along has been to collapse the economy, cripple and shut down small businesses, eviscerate the middle class, and institute a single-payer system. Working? It’s working just as planned.

  10. Healthcare and health insurance are not the same thing. I worked for an insurance company many years ago, and I remember my boss telling me that the government was intruding on the insurance companies and making it difficult for them to operate. Maybe people did not realize this at that time, and I didn’t understand it either. But now I do understand. I suspect that insurance companies would operate more in keeping with the people’s wants and needs if government would just step away and stop the regulations! (I do think Obama and his nutty administration are doing all they can to kill all small businesses. Socialism the motive!) This present health insurance delemma may be confronted and solved (at least temporarily until the insurance companies can get back to normal) by our paying out of pocket (without insurance) for doctor visits and so on. Before insurance became popular we all paid out of pocket and doctor visits were cheaper. The only draw back was that if one needed surgery it was very expensive and most people couldn’t afford it. This changed when health insurance became more popular. Government run healthcare is not insurance. Hitler provided universal healthcare and he had to put people in camps and then couldn’t take care of them. It’s just too much for government to take on so much that is not government’s business in the first place to do! It doesn’t work either!

  11. …and the plan is being accelerated so as to get us to single payer before the next election. It may not be possible afterward.

  12. In 2007, before he began his presidential run, he spoke at an AFL-CIO meeting where he told them that his plan was for a one payer government plan. The video is on YouTube. He admitted that he could not do it in one swoop, but would need an intermediate step like Canada did. Obamacare is that intermediate step, to demolish the healthcare we had and make such a mess of it that we would be lining up and begging to go on his one-payer government plan. from that viewpoint, he is succeeding very well. For the rest of us, it’s dealing with cancelled insurance, finding a replacement policy that covers your doctors and hospitals and realizing that you have a lot less insurance for more money than your previous “junk” policy….

  13. “the insurance industry (who should have known better than to “dance with the devil by the pale moon light”)”

You nailed it, Col. West. The O’Care debacle has made me despise the insurance industry (particularly the likes of Blue Cross, Aetna, Humana with their stupid and contemptible ads) with every fiber of my being. I want no part of any company that has associated in any way with Lucifer’s favorite son and I daresay neither do millions of other Americans.

  14. I never believe anything this guy, Obama, says. He thinks the American people are like Chicago voters: “Believe anything said by a liberal!”

  15. Single payer = Government monopoly = Your life and death decisions dictated by bureaucrats with all the compassion of the IRS and all the efficiency of the Postal Service.
