Washington Post Pinocchios make Obama liar of the year

The Washington Post has released its Top Ten Biggest Pinocchios of 2013 – even they can’t come out and call them “lies” – and it’s no surprise who has the dubious honor of coming out on top as liar of the year.

According to Glenn Kessler at the Post:

It’s time for our annual round-up of the biggest Pinocchios of the year. This was not a presidential election year, so in some ways the subjects that needed to be fact checked were more substantive. Our general rule of thumb held: the more complex a subject is, the more tempted politicians are to make misleading claims.

Seems politicians should stick to the time-honored Military KISS rule: “Keep it Simple Stupid.”

President Obama ended up with three of the most misleading claims of the year, one-third of the biggest lies told in the year 2013 per the Washington Post and the biggest lie of them all according to Politifact.

How is it that we are supposed to believe anything emanating from Mr. Obama’s mouth? And that percentage could have been even higher except as Kessler writes,

Despite the urging of some readers, his statement that “I didn’t set a red line” on Syria is not among them. We had looked closely at that claim and had determined that, in context, it was a bungled talking point, so that statement actually earned no rating.

When the President said, “I did not set a red line, the world set a red line,” in my estimation, that was not a bungled talking point, it was another lie. So I’d give him a bonus Pinocchio for an even 40% of total.

Obama was awarded Pinnocchios for:

“The Capitol Hill janitors just got a pay cut.”

“The day after Benghazi happened I acknowledged that this was an act of terrorism.”

And of course…

“If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it.”

You can read the whole list here. Anything or anyone else you’d like to add?

Politicians, Liberals, Muslims, black thugs, illegal Mexicans are a cancer to America. Problem is now it is going to take chemo to get rid of it. The cancer has spread throughout America and infected every organ. I suspect that the nucleus will be cut out soon.

I speak of the knock out game punks when I say black thugs. Please do not pull a race card out. Additionally, I want Colonel Allan West as our next president.

His biggest lie, when he took the oath of office where he swore to uphold and protect the Constitution.

The list of obama’s lies is so long that when I tried clicking on it to bring it up,
it made my computer crash. No, really!
