Should suspected terrorist Anas Al Liby be tried on US soil? NO he is not a citizen of the USA, he should be tried in military court.

Not only should he not be tried on US soil, he shouldn’t even be breathing today. These jihadis understand only thing: brute force … there is nothing nuanced about savagery … He should have been intensely interrogated until he shared what he knew … then dispatched and pieces of him sent to his known friends and fellow monsters.

But we’re civilized and we won’t behave that way.

I think that every terrorist should be tried by grand jury to determine if he/she committed a terror act first. If found to be a terrorist then hand them over to the military courts. If no evidence is found that terror was the motive. Then hand the criminal case to a federal court to be tried. As Americans we are better than just accusing and sentencing without due process. BTW, This guy? Cook him!

Al Liby should have been brought to the US in a little black briefcase to the Pentagon to have his remains ID’d.
